great selection friendly receptionist historic town rude staff missing items bill issues
the location was fantastic. breakfast offered a very good selection (i really liked the pastries). the receptionist was friendly and ready to help. it was nice to stay right in the heart of the historic town.
most of the reception staff were rude. i heard reports from several members of my party about missing items (some items were recovered). items were added to room bills that we did not order, so i had to check the bill carefully.

This spot is right on the lake. I appreciated that. my room was beautifully renovated. we had a lateral lake view. the location is amazing!!!
i had trouble getting a drink at the lake terrace sometimes.

tired decor old bathroom
The location was superb. The breakfast choices were abundant. My room, a Beautiful Double Room Lake View, offered a beautiful view, but the decor felt tired. The bathroom seemed old, with fixtures showing their age. I was also disappointed that there was no kettle in the room. A simple thing overlooked.
